No build output in VS2015

description

The scenario:
I'm importing some extra targets to automate testing and tasks. A command-line msbuild of the project runs as expected, but the build from the IDE doesn't call the additional targets. I cannot troubleshoot the issue without output telling me what targets are being called by the VS build.

The issue:
Even if I set the VS build and run verbosity settings to more verbose levels, I get no build output (in the output window or log files). I suspect this is due to BabeLua looking for a registry key from an older version of VS to determine the verbosity level.
